Temporary Associate - Litigation & Disputes (Admin Assistant)

Provide day-to-day support to Senior Management Team through the organizing, scheduling, and coordinating of important projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop organizational charts to keep track of employees and personnel for pending and existing projects
• Maintain calendars and schedules to track project deadlines and progress 
• Coordinate materials and set-up for meetings
• Serve as notetaker at all meetings and provide reminders and billing code instructions for all attendees
• Track training for staff members by assembling materials, reviewing training status and staff schedules
• Perform data collection, document review and research projects, as requested 
• Prepare summary reports of claims processing status, and other ad hoc reports as needed
• Organize, sort and delivered mail addressed to staff 
• Conduct research on industries and matters related to pending projects
• Assist with document filing and organization of materials 

Relevant Experience and Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• MS Office proficiency, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
