Senior Associate 
Crisis Preparedness and Operations
We are looking for someone to join our Crisis Preparedness and Operational Resilience team as a Senior Associate who will support Ankura's business continuity and crisis management engagements by conducting Business Impact Analysis, data gathering and developing BCP plan and reports.
The Senior Associate Consultant will be required to:
  • Direct work experience in business continuity, continuity of operations, emergency management, disaster recovery, and crisis management
  • Demonstrable experience with BCM core concepts including BIA analysis, gap analysis development, recovery strategy development, business continuity plan development, crisis management plan development, BC exercises, emergency management communications
  • Experience leading or presenting at executive management level presentations related to business continuity management
  • Familiarity with business continuity management SAAS platforms
  • Consolidate complex information regarding BCM program information, findings, and ongoing actions into level-appropriate written summaries and/or verbal briefings for key stakeholders.
  • Have strong ability to work with minimum direction and possess a high drive for delivering timely, high-quality results
  • Handle a number of simultaneous projects and tasks while demonstrating urgency and ownership to drive issues to completion
  • Able to take ownership of outcomes & work with clients to confront issues & drive performance
  • Able to use initiative and be proactive in addressing & resolving issues
  • Prior consulting background
Beneficial criteria:
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of information technology, systems, and architecture
  • Business continuity management or related field certification, i.e. ABCP, CBCP, BCCP, CEM
  • 60-80% travel required
