Associate – Litigation & Disputes (Accounting and Finance)
Professional Services
Washington, DC
Provide support with on-going projects and assist with all aspects of the monthly accounting cycle, as well as analytical and research related tasks.
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Income Statement Review
  • Monthly reports for Vendor account reconciliations
  • Invoice Tracking
  • Annual External Audit Preparation
  • Maintain Vendor W9 Files and Databases
  • Provide Support to Senior Associates and Directors
  • Participate in year-end close preparation
  • Various Ad Hoc Reporting
In-depth technical and administrative understanding of the following is required
  • MS Office, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • QuickBooks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or other business-related discipline
  • Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • One to three years of experience in a similar role
